We are excited to announce that our model home will now be open as of May 7th, by appointment only. Building your dream home and providing a safe and welcoming environment for our homeowners has always been a primary concern at HM Homes. Given the concerns associated with COVID – 19, we want you to know that we have implemented the following safety practices as recommended by our Governor and the CDC in order to protect the health of our homebuyers and employees.
- At this time, we will be open by appointment only during regular business hours. Please call or email us via the information provide below to schedule a date and time for an in-person tour.

- During your private appointment, a maximum of 4 individuals will be allowed to view the home, ensuring that safe social distancing is maintained.
- Proper safety protocols including maintaining 6 feet of space and wearing a face mask and gloves will be required. No other visitor groups will be allowed access to the model home while you are present, and no visitor will be allowed to enter without proper protection.
- We have been diligent in our preparations to provide a safe environment for your in-person tour. Our model home is being cleaned and sanitized routinely. In addition, we will be conducting supplemental cleanings throughout the day, including in between each private appointment.
- Appointments will be required. Per the Governor’s order section 10.h.1: Any showings, inspections, appraisals, photography or videography, or final walk-throughs must be performed by appointment and must be limited to no more than four people on the premises at any one time.
- Upon arrival each visitor will be asked several questions prior to entry including, Have you been confirmed positive for COVID-19? Are you currently experiencing, or recently experienced, any acute respiratory illness symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath? Have you been in close contact with any persons who has been confirmed positive for COVID-19? Have you been in close contact with any persons who have traveled and are also exhibiting acute respiratory illness symptoms?
- Any employee exhibiting cold or flu symptoms or who has a family member that maybe feeling ill has been instructed to stay home.

By visiting our website and requesting an virtual tour/appointment, a sales manager will contact you to set up a personal one-on-one virtual experience and answer all of your questions about our homes and the buying process.
